AN 18-year-old Choma girl has allegedly committed suicide after her father confiscated her phone so that she could concentrate on her studies. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo confirmed the incident, which occurred on July 10 at 10:00 hours. “The Zambia Police Service in Monze District received a report of suspected suicide at Chikuni Police Station on July 10 at 10:35 hours. The incident is reported to have occurred at Chipembele Village, Chief Ufwenuka, Monze District.
