THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested and charged Muzya Secondary School headteacher for corruption involving K10,000. ACC Head of Corporate Communications Joseph Mwenya says Siatoongo Chilumba has been charged with two counts of corrupt practices by a public officer.
