THE Chipata City Council says the K1 million CDF-funded maternity annex at Magwero Rural Health Post has been commissioned. The maternity annex was commissioned by Chipata City Council Town Clerk Jovax Ngoma, who represented Eastern Province Permanent Secretary Paul Thole.
