THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) has raised concerns over the timing of the recruitment of health workers, with the country just a month away from the general elections. The association says while the recruitment is a positive step towards addressing staff shortages in the health sector, there is uncertainty over whether the process will continue if there is a change of government after the August polls.
