CHONGWE West Socialist Party aspirant Brian Hapunda has endorsed Brian Mundubile, saying he is the best opposition presidential candidate. Meanwhile, SP leader Dr Fred M’membe has declined to comment on the matter, saying people should move on as they have already seen his candidate endorse another party president.
