PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has declared a five-day national mourning period for former vice-president Guy Scott. Meanwhile, Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Executive Secretary Elias Magosi has extended condolences to President Hakainde Hichilema and Zambian citizens following the death of Dr Scott who died on July 15, 2026 in Lusaka.
