THE European Union Observer Mission says it will investigate the withdrawing of candidates from the August polls. Chief Observer Michael McNamara says the Mission has come with an independent and impartial mandate, focused solely on the electoral process. Meanwhile, McNamara says the mission has no interest in who will win the polls, adding that Zambians will decide the winner.
