RESOLUTE Party leader Dr Martin Phiri has lamented that since the merger of Makebi Zulu’s PF Pamodzi Alliance and Brian Mundubile’s Tonse Alliance, internal disputes have arisen. Phiri explains that when the time for filing nominations came, there was a mutual agreement that the Resolute Party would field candidates in Copperbelt, Lusaka and Eastern Provinces, while the rest would go under NRPUP. However, he said there was an attempt by NRPUP to have Resolute Party candidates withdraw so they could remain alone.
