GOVERNMENT says it is concerned with the increasing misuse of digital platforms through unauthorized recording, publication and dissemination of private meetings without the knowledge of those involved. Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana has also refuted claims of any assassination attempts on Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu. On Saturday, police arrested ZNBC journalist MacPherson Mukuka in connection with an alleged offence of Prohibition of recoring a private conversation without prior notice.
