POLICE in Choma have detained a 17-year-old boy for allegedly sexually abusing his five-year-old sister. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo confirmed the incident, saying the matter was reported to police on July 21 at 16:50 hours by the children’s 46-year-old uncle. “Police in Choma are investigating a case of incest involving a five-year-old girl of Macha Road Compound, who was allegedly sexually abused by her 17-year-old elder brother.
