THE 2025 Corruption Risks Assessment Report on the Implementation of Social Cash Transfer has revealed that there’s a 60.1 percent chance that relatives would continue receiving payments after the death of beneficiaries. TI-Z Research and Advocacy Manager Bright Chizonde says the Report also revealed that there was a 48.9 percent risk of failure to declare that a beneficiary had died.
