FORMER Health minister Dr Elijah Muchima says he is a loyal UPND member and is back working with President Hakainde Hichilema to continue the assignments ahead. Dr Muchima says he had to obey President Hichilema’s directive not to stand, stating that he is a man of loyalty and integrity.
