THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) says it has constructed more than 150 kilometres of road infrastructure under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) between 2022 and 2026 to improve access and connectivity across the city. LCC Public Relations Manager Chola Mwamba said the council has also installed five kilometres of drainage infrastructure to improve stormwater management and protect roads from erosion.
