THE Food Reserve Agency (FRA) says it has opened all the 1,749 satellite depots across the country and is ready to receive maize from smallholder farmers. FRA Vice Board Chairperson Richard Lisimba adds that maize is already being purchased at depots and farmers will begin receiving their payments within two to three days of delivery.
