POLICE on the Copperbelt have dismissed allegations that Citizens First president Harry Kalaba was stopped from conducting campaigns in Chingola. Yesterday, as Kalaba was conducting scheduled campaigns in Chingola, police stopped his entourage, advising them to be in another area where security was guaranteed. Seated in the back seat of his car, Kalaba was having a back and forth conversation with police officers, where he was questioning their actions. One of the officers then said “I am advising you for the sake of peace. This is supposed to be regulated. It has not been regulated”.
