POLICE in Eastern Province have arrested a Tonse Alliance member, Stanley Banda, for allegedly persuading 36 registered voters to surrender their voter’s cards in Vubwi. According to police, Banda’s accomplice, Jacob Mwanza, is on the run and is believed to be in possession of the voter’s cards.
