THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has advised all participating candidates to wait patiently as votes are being compiled, with official announcements expected today at the National Results Centre. ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro has warned individuals against capturing marked ballot papers after voting, stressing that only the Commission is mandated to announce the final results.
