THE African Union and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa Election Observer Mission (AU-COMESA EOM) has urged stakeholders to refrain from acts that could heighten tension as the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) finalizes election results. And Head of the ICGLR election observation mission and former president of Botswana Mokgweetsi Masisi has warned that the recent temporary suspension of the vote counting and announcement risks undermining the credibility of the electoral process.
