NRPUP leader Brian Mundubile and his running mate Makebi Zulu have gone into self-imposed exile at the United Nations agency in Lusaka fearing arrests in connection with a militia group. Impeccable sources within Cabinet office have told News Diggers that Mundubile and Zulu went to seek asylum at the UN agency premises yesterday, Monday. This follows a statement that had earlier been issued by Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa, revealing that Mundubile had been found at the scene of a shootout between police and some militia linked to his political party during a joint operation on the night of 13th August.
