POLICE in Western Province have charged Moses Ng’andwe, alias Chester, Winston Ngosa, popularly known IDC Light Comedy, and 15 others with the offences of Riotous Behaviour and Possession of Offensive Weapons in Mongu. Chester, IDC Light Comedy, Felix Ndangeni Inshila, alias Felix Phiri and 14 others are currently in custody at Mongu Correctional Facility. On August 5, the entertainers were arrested, as they were on a campaign trail with the NRPUP.
