THE International Monetary Fund (IMF) has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election. In a congratulatory message, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva assured of the Fund’s unequivocal commitment to supporting Zambia’s “ambitious” developmental agenda.
