INSPECTOR General of Police Graphel Musamba has warned citizens against participating in protests ahead of President Hakainde Hichilema’s inauguration. Musamba says Police have received intelligence that certain groups and individuals are planning to incite the public to participate in unlawful protests across the country, including during the inauguration ceremony scheduled for September 1st.
