UPND Ndola Central Constituency losing parliamentary candidate Frank Tayali says he has successfully filed his petition over the just-ended elections. Meanwhile, Ndola Central Member of Parliament-elect Emmanuel Mulenga says Tayali’s petition has no merit, adding that he is only trying to comfort himself. In the just-ended Ndola Central parliamentary elections, RP candidate Emmanuel Mulenga received 11,659 votes, narrowly defeating Mr Tayali, who polled 10,840 votes. In a Facebook post, Friday, Tayali, who is also former Minister of Transport and Logistics, said his decision to petition resulted from the will of the people. “Ba Ndola Central!
