CHINESE President Xi Jinping has sent his Special Envoy and Vice-Chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Xian Hui to attend President Hakainde Hichilema’s inauguration. President Hichilema will be inaugurated for his second term on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
