GEARS Initiative Board Chairperson Luckson Lungu has predicted that most losing candidates petitioning their election losses will not succeed in court. But Political Analyst Dr Neo Simutanyi has warned that Zambians should not be shocked if UPND losing parliamentary candidates successfully petition the results.
