GEARS Initiative Board Chairperson Luckson Lungu has predicted that most losing candidates petitioning their election losses will not succeed in court. But Political Analyst Dr Neo Simutanyi has warned that Zambians should not be shocked if UPND losing parliamentary candidates successfully petition the results. Several UPND losing parliamentary candidates in the just ended polls have filed petitions, challenging the outcome in their respective constituencies.
