UNITED Nations Secretary General António Guterres has warned that the world has entered a “danger zone of extreme weather”, as the impacts of El Niño start to be felt globally. In a video message on the launch of the United Nations Environment Programme’s Overshoot Report, Thursday, Guterres said humanity was speeding past the limit to avoid climate catastrophe.
