THE Department of Immigration has apprehended a Misheck Mulubwa, alis “Brotherman”, over alleged hate speech and insults against the President and the Presidency. In a statement, Sunday, Department of Immigration Chief Public Relations Officer Namati Nshinka said Mulubwa, who uses the TikTok handle “@KabongoKitungu5”, was apprehended in Kasumbalesa on September 12. Nshinka said the arrest was made during a coordinated operation involving the Department of Immigration and other Defence and Security Wings.
