NATIONAL Road Fund Agency (NRFA) Board Chairman Noel Nkoma has resigned with immediate effect following his nomination as a member of parliament by President Hakainde Hichilema. Nkoma announced his resignation while addressing NRFA Board members and management staff in Lusaka. He was appointed NRFA Board Chairman in April 2024 by Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane and served in the position until his resignation.
