THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it has completed the distribution of 40 parliamentary seats to UPND and NRPUP under the Proportional Representation (PR) electoral system. ECZ says it has set today, Friday, as the date for candidates’ appearance before the returning officer and validation of party lists.
