LIKANDO Mufalali says Speaker Nelly Mutti deserves praise for the way she handled the previous parliamentary session, stating that the National Assembly will benefit from her continued leadership. Mufalali, who is former Government Deputy Chief Whip, says Mutti has been a good presiding officer and has never been biased.
