THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested three Ministry of Community Development and Social Services officials in Itezhi-Tezhi District for allegedly stealing over K16.7 million meant for the Social Cash Transfer Programme. The trio allegedly used the money to acquire and maintain various properties, including real estate and motor vehicles, which the ACC has since restricted.
