THE Ministry of Labour and Social Security says its employees will now be required to declare all gifts valued above K500 under a new Gifts and Benefits Policy aimed at curbing corruption. The policy was developed by the Ministerial Integrity Committee, with technical support from the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), to provide clear guidance on how employees should handle gifts and benefits received in the course of their official duties.
