THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested and jointly charged two suspected drug suppliers who were on its watch list for their involvement in transnational organised drug trafficking. The suspects have been identified as Moffat Mlotha, a 39-year-old Malawian national, and Rebecca Nsomba, a 53-year-old Zambian national. In a statement, Monday, DEC Public Relations Officer Allan Tamba said the duo was arrested for allegedly trafficking 175 kilogrammes of dry loose cannabis concealed in sack bags and a laptop bag.
