PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has declared today a Day of National Mourning, honouring late former Zambia Air Force Commander in the UNIP government, Lieutenant General Peter Dingiswayo Zuze (Rtd). The Head of State has also accorded an Official Funeral to the late former ZAF Commander. The late former ZAF Commander is bring put to rest today at the Leopards Hill Memorial Park.
