CHAPTER One Foundation (COF) Executive Director Josiah Kalala has backed calls to introduce term limits for Members of Parliament to avoid the over-concentration of power. Kalala has also supported proposals to appoint Cabinet ministers from outside the National Assembly, saying MPs should concentrate on providing oversight over the Executive.
