FORMER Green Economy and Environment minister Mike Mposha says his successor, Dr Gilbert Siame, is taking over the ministry at a critical time of a looming drought. Mposha has since urged the Meteorological Department to provide forecasts to guide farmers and the nation. Meanwhile, Dr Siame says he will learn how Mposha handled complex environmental matters.
