THE Department of Immigration has deported Tanzanian national Misheck Francis Bundala following his release from prison after serving a two-year sentence for drug trafficking-related offences. Immigration Chief Public Relations Officer Namati Nshinka says the Department has also removed 143 illegal immigrants from the country. In a statement, Wednesday, Nshinka said some of the removed immigrants had been convicted of various immigration-related offences and were removed after paying their respective court fines, while others were removed without prosecution.
