BRIAN Mundubile has appointed Muhabi Lungu as acting Tonse Alliance Secretary General, replacing Dr Chris Zumani Zimba. The announcement was made by BM8 ECL Movement National Chairperson Davies Mwila. Mundubile recently suspended Dr Zimba pending investigations and possible disciplinary proceedings. This was after Dr Zimba posted on his Facebook page that it would be a “big mistake” for Mundubile to petition his election loss. Dr Zimba had also urged Mundubile to recognise President Hakainde Hichilema as the winner of the August presidential election so that the two could engage in dialogue.
