PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma says reducing Brian Mundubile’s incarceration to a political issue is misplaced, as he is accused of committing a crime. On Saturday, Davies Mwila said there can be no reconciliation in the country as long as Mundubile, Makebi Zulu and 16 others remain in prison.
