PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his government is available for counsel and guidance, and will not be offended when told that they are wrong. Speaking during late president Frederick Chiluba’s 11th memorial, Saturday, President Hichilema said the UPND administration was working on getting to honour those who were still alive by asking for their help.
