PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s observation that quasi-government institutions are extravagant in their spending is an understatement. There is a bigger problem in quasi-government institutions than just wastage of public funds. PRESIDENT HICHILEMA: “This government wants change! Quasi-government institutions you are owned by the people of Zambia, you forget, I see your board resolutions, I see the decisions you make to buy luxurious cars, aikona no! That VX can be replaced with an investment in your area which will create 100 jobs. I am not saying walk to the office, get me right.
