The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has summoned former lands minister Honourable Jean Kapata for questioning in relation to acquisition of property which is believed to be beyond her income. The former minister joins a long list of past government officials and top PF members who are being asked to exculpate themselves for the wealth that they have accumulated during the time that they were in power. In the case of Kapata, we are told that she acquired huge tracks of land and plots.
