THE anger and frustration exhibited by Lusaka Magistrate Silvia Munyinya is well understood. Magistrate Munyinya is unhappy that the Anti-Corruption Commission is failing to avail witnesses in a corruption case involving former Home Affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo and his wife, saying this is a waste of precious judicial time. The Magistrate has also challenged the Anti-Corruption Commission to withdraw the matter if it is not ready to present witnesses and commence trial.
