FORMER president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizer Zulu has been in detention under arrest for about 10 days without being granted police bond. Police arrested Zulu and another individual called Rafick Kakonde, for the offences of assault and threatening violence which occurred in 2019. Later, police slapped Zulu with another offence for concealing a government motor vehicle, namely Toyota Land Cruiser VX, worth K955,000, which was assigned to him while serving at State House.
