CHAIRPERSON of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Board Musa Mwenye State Counsel says it is surprising that public officers find it very difficult to declare their assets. Mwenye SC who is also former Attorney General wonders why the declarations are not logged at the Commission if the purpose is to fight corruption and ill-acquired wealth.
