MINES Minister Paul Kabuswe says the UPND government has revamped and brought Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) back to life with just a year and months, a feat that the Patriotic Front failed to achieve. Honourable Kabuswe has disclosed that his government is nearing a solution, a deal with Vedanta Resources on the way forward.
