ZESCO Limited Head of Business Development Patrick Kapepe says the power utility will have difficulties fighting load shedding if electricity tariffs are not increased. Speaking during a public hearing on Zesco’s application to the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) to have electricity tariffs hiked once more, Kapepe said not increasing the tariffs will attract a number of consequences.
