WHAT is it they say about laws? That a good law does not target individuals. It is also said that good leaders make laws that benefit those that are not in power and not the other way round, because a time comes when the lawmaker has to face the law. More often, however, our leaders fail to resist the temptation of making laws that curtail the freedoms of a common man.
