THE statement from Chris Zumani Zimba, former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor, that UKA cannot stand without ECL is spot on. This is the only truth that anyone has said about this newly formed political outfit. Everybody else has been pretending to downplay the Edgar Lungu factor in this equation just to fool the people.
