EARLIER this week, Copperbelt Province Minister Elisha Matambo went viral on social media platforms for confronting traffic police officers, who had mounted a roadblock as early as 07:00 hours. In the viral video, a visibly irritated Matambo wondered why the traffic officers were inconveniencing motorists on their way to work. The policeman he was interrogating had no explanation worth mentioning, so he just kept saluting like a bobblehead toy on a dashboard.
